Passenger Processing System Expanded by NRT

Narita International Airport (NRT) has deployed an expansion of Rockwell Collins’ ARINC common-use passenger processing and ARINC self-service kiosks, promising to streamline and speed up the check-in process across the airport.

Recently, NRT renewed an existing contract with Rockwell Collins for ARINC vMUSE and ARINC SelfServ, and expanded the agreement to include the solutions in the airport’s newly-opened Low Cost Carrier (LLC) terminal 3.

NRT was one of the first airports in the region to implement self-service on a large scale, and has been a customer of Rockwell Collins since 2006.
